Before I was a guide, I spent twenty years as a brand strategist — building businesses, shaping brands, sitting inside the operating rooms of companies as they moved through their own thresholds.
A business collapsing and a marriage ending aren't the same threshold. But the crossing — the disorientation, the grief, the having to choose yourself before you can see what's next — that part doesn't change based on what you're standing in front of.

I’m Patsy.
I've crossed more thresholds than I can count — the end of a marriage, the loss of my father, businesses I poured everything into dissolving, fourteen months nomadic, and eventually a one-way move to Costa Rica that every cell in my body recognized as right.
I'm not reporting from the other side. I'm still in the unfolding.
What I do now is hold space for people standing at their own edge — whether they walked there slowly or found themselves there unexpectedly.
I know what it costs to keep listening when everything external says otherwise.
